Once enrolled, you'll receive access to your own account where you can book sessions directly with instructors who are matched to your student's subject, grade level, and goals — all on a flexible, month-to-month basis.

Credit Card Details

1. Permission to Work with Student
The undersigned Parent or Guardian confirms they are the legal parent or guardian of the Student(s) and grants Bright Futures Tutoring LLC permission to provide services directly to the Student(s).

2. Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice — or no-shows — will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be granted at Bright Futures Tutoring LLC's discretion.

3. Automatic Monthly Billing
By enrolling, the Client authorizes Bright Futures Tutoring LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file on a monthly basis for all tutoring sessions completed during the prior calendar month, including any applicable late-cancellation fees. Invoices are generated on the 1st and payment is processed on or around the 3rd of each month.

4. Limitation of Liability
Bright Futures Tutoring LLC provides academic support services and makes no guarantee of specific academic outcomes. Bright Futures Tutoring LLC’s liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 30 days preceding any claim.
